Michael Montgomery is a financial advisor with California Coast Financial Services. He began his career in 2008 as an advisor with Thrivent Financial and went on to spend eight years with J.P. Morgan, further strengthening his expertise in comprehensive wealth management. Known for his exceptional aptitude with numbers and his natural ability to build meaningful relationships, Michael has spent nearly two decades helping clients achieve their short-, intermediate-, and long-term financial goals. His holistic planning approach allows him to deliver confidence and well-being to individuals preparing for retirement, already enjoying retirement, or saving for significant life milestones.
Michael earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in psychology from San Diego State University. This educational foundation has sharpened his listening skills and enhanced his ability to communicate effectively with a diverse range of clients. He has held his Series 7, Series 66, and California insurance licenses since 2008.
Outside the walls of the credit union, Michael enjoys spending time with his wife and children. Together, they can often be found at school outings, sporting events or exploring the outdoors in their Jeep CJ-5.
